BACKGROUND
The development of bioresources chemical and materials will not only help to solve the increasingly severe resource, environmental and energy problems, but also promote the construction of a green and low-carbon circular economy system. Related research has become a hot spot in the world. Based on the project “Bioresources Chemical and Materials Engineering Overseas Expertise Introduction Center for Discipline Innovation”, the “2nd International Symposium on Bioresource Chemistry and Materials” would be held on 5th November. The symposium will share the latest research results in the frontier areas of the high-value utilization of biomass and cellulose, and discuss the developing trend of biomass innovation research. It will promote the integration of biomass and related disciplines, and provide a platform of academic exchanges for scholars.
