一、研究方向
主要从事生物质材料(淀粉、纤维素、明胶等)的研发、清洁生产研究及高分子材料制造与改性技术方面的研究工作。
具体研究方向:a)生物质基鞣剂b)多聚糖-胶原基复合材料功能化(药物缓释、抗菌、食品包装、吸附)c) 生物质基3D打印食品
